Notice of Annual General Meeting  

Members and Friends are warmly invited to join us for the AGM of Volunteering Tasmania Inc. 
Date: Wednesday, 4 November 2026 
Time: 5:30 – 7pm 
Location: Sustainability Learning Centre, 50 Olinda Grove, Mount Nelson and online via Teams video conferencing 

AGM documents will be made available electronically to registered attendees in advance of the AGM. 

Guest Speaker: Georgie Ibbott 
Before the formal AGM proceedings commence, members and friends of Volunteering Tasmania are invited to a special event: “A Conversation with Georgie Ibbott”, recipient of the 2026 Premier’s Volunteer of the Year Award. 

Facilitated by Volunteering Tasmania Deputy Chair, Cam Scott, this engaging discussion will explore Georgie’s inspiring volunteering journey, the impact of her contribution, and the insights she has gained through service to the community. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear firsthand from one of Tasmania’s most outstanding volunteers.
