Volunteer Management Review (VMR)

This is a state-wide service offered by VT to assist in the smooth-running of your volunteer program. A management consultant will meet with your representatives to discuss your current volunteer management system: what is working, what is not and how to make improvements to ensure an efficient, accountable and successful program. The VMR is based on the National Standards for Involving Volunteers in Not-for-Profit Organisations.

The VMR is available free to all Home and Community Care (HACC) funded organisations, offering support and resources. It is also available to others at fee for service. Contact our State Manager for for further information or to book your VMR: Jill Maxwell or (03) 6231 5550.
